Shivlornshar provides professional calendar management services on a subscription basis. Our services are delivered continuously throughout your subscription period and include appointment scheduling, calendar optimization, meeting coordination, and related time management support. As these are ongoing professional services rather than physical products, our refund policy reflects the nature of service delivery.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new clients. If you are not completely satisfied with our calendar management services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription period and is subject to the following conditions:

Subscription Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. The following terms apply to cancellations:

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans, you must provide 30 days written notice of cancellation. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to services until the end of the paid period. Refunds for the current billing period are provided on a pro-rata basis for unused days, minus any services already rendered.

Quarterly and Annual Subscriptions

For quarterly and annual subscription plans, you must provide 30 days written notice of cancellation. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for complete unused months remaining in your subscription period, minus a 15% administrative fee. Partial months are not refundable. Services already rendered are non-refundable.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund or cancellation, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a written refund request via email to admin@shivlornshar.world or by postal mail to our business address
  2. Include your full name, account email address, subscription details, and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and contact you to confirm details
  4. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

Service Plan Modifications

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds are provided for downgrades, but you will continue to receive your current service level until the downgrade takes effect.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern or dispute, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of services and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.

Service Interruptions and Credits

In the rare event of significant service interruptions or outages caused by our systems, we will provide service credits proportional to the duration of the interruption. Service credits are applied to your account for future use and are not redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet service providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

New Zealand Consumer Rights

This Return and Refund Policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If our services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, refund, or compensation. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated effective date. Material changes that affect existing subscriptions will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
